Saturday (25/11/2017), the Faculty of Pharmacy of USU, through the Head of Research, Service and Cooperation of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara, organized training and assistance for writing Intellectual Property Rights Articles at Grand Mutiara Hotel Berastagi.
This training was opened directly by the Vice Rector III of the Universitas Sumatera Utara, Drs. Mahyuddin K. M. Nasution, M.I.T., Ph.D. In his remarks, he conveyed the Training and Assistance for Writing Intellectual Property Rights Articles as one of the work programs in the USU strategic plan, fostering a culture of research, writing, and obtaining Intellectual Property Rights (HaKI), so it is necessary for the faculty to be able to support this program. By holding this activity, it is hoped that it will become a forum for lecturers to be able to protect and commercialize the results of their papers and research results. This activity provides benefits to increase the achievement of USU's and the Faculty of Pharmacy's HaKI acquisition.
This training activity also invited presenters from the Research Institute of the University of North Sumatra, namely, Dr. Tulus Ikhan Nasution, M.Sc., Dr. Lilis Sukeksi, M.Sc., Dr. Irwana Nainggolan, M.Sc. in addition to the presenters also invited lecturers of the Faculty of Pharmacy as participants in Training and Assistance in Writing Intellectual Property Rights Articles.
The event was closed by the Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Pharmacy on November 25, 2017, Mrs. Marianne, S.Si., M.Si., Apt. with thanks for the participation of participants from the Department in the Faculty of Pharmacy USU.
