Public Relations Faculty of Pharmacy - Webinar with top scientists held by the Zoom platform on Friday, September 8, 2023, at 09.30 a.m. This agenda invited a lecturer and scientist from the National University of Singapore, Prof. Roger Foo, and the moderator, Dr. Rony Abdi Syahputra, as a lecture from the Faculty of Pharmacy at USU.
This webinar addresses the topic of research in cardiology using genomics to detect several pathological conditions of the heart. In this webinar, there will be presented the discovery and analysis that showed several conditions that often occur in cardiology at once and discussed the methods that are usually used, such as artificial intelligence (AI), multi-omics, and myriad biomarkers, which give a clearly diagnosed cardiology condition that is more precise and accurate.
Professor Roger Foo also intends to conduct research on epigenom cardiology, which can be used to detect causes and developments of cardiopathy by using several instruments of genomic and molecular biology and in vitro and in vivo models to analyse the miocard.
This webinar is hoped to give some insight for the participants to do further research and analysis by detecting cardiology function and also by identifying several conditions of the heart in order to increase treatment and therapy.
