The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), will hold an Open Doctoral Defense Examination for Bunga Rimta Barus, a candidate from the Doctoral Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Her dissertation is entitled:
“Antibacterial Activity of Red Ginger Leaves (Zingiber officinale Rosc. Var. Rubrum) and Gel Preparation from Active Fractions as Anti-Inflammatory Treatment for Excision Wounds Infected by Test Bacteria.”
The defense will be chaired by Prof. Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos., M.Si. (Rector of USU), with the supervisory team as follows:
