Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy USU Attends Opening of PIT IAI 2026, Strengthening Commitment to Sustainable Development The Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), attended the opening of the 2026 Annual Scientific Meeting of the Indonesian Pharmacists Association (PIT IAI) in Medan on August 4, 2026. Faculty of Pharmacy USU Welcomes STIKSAM Visit, Strengthening Collaboration through the Signing of an Implementation Agreement Medan, August 4, 2026 — The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), welcomed an academic visit from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Samarinda (STIKSAM) to strengthen inter-institutional collaboration through discussions on the implementation of the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi). The delegation was warmly welcomed by Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy USU, Prof. apt. Khairunnisa, S.Si., M.Pharm., Ph.D., together with the Vice Deans and Heads and Secretaries of Study Programs within the Faculty of Pharmacy USU. 11 August 2026

Ensuring the Quality of Pharmacist Competency Exams, Two USU Faculty of Pharmacy Lecturers Appointed as Central Supervisors for the National Pharmacist Competency Examination Using the OSCE Method Medan, August 6, 2026 — The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), once again demonstrated its contribution to supporting the quality of pharmacist professional education in Indonesia. Two Faculty of Pharmacy lecturers, Dr. apt. Henny Sri Wahyuni, S.Farm., M.Si. and Dr. apt. Dadang Irfan Husori, S.Si., M.Sc., were entrusted to serve as Central Supervisors for the National Competency Examination for the Pharmacist Professional Education Program (UKOMNAS PDPA), conducted using the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) method. 11 August 2026

Strengthening Learning Quality and Supporting the Achievement of the SDGs, the Faculty of Pharmacy USU Holds a Course Coordination Meeting for the Undergraduate Program in Pharmacy Medan, August 4, 2026 – The Undergraduate Program in Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), held a Course Coordination Meeting in the Faculty of Pharmacy USU Meeting Room. The meeting was attended by Faculty leaders, the Head and Secretary of the Undergraduate Program in Pharmacy, and course lecturers as part of a shared commitment to improving the quality of education and ensuring an integrated and high-quality learning process. 05 August 2026

Faculty of Pharmacy USU Conducts Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE), Demonstrating Its Commitment to Quality Education Medan, 4 August 2026 – The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), through the Professional Program in Pharmacy, successfully conducted the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) on 25, 26, and 27 July 2026. The examination was attended by 96 students of the Professional Program in Pharmacy as an important stage in evaluating the competencies of prospective pharmacists before completing their professional education. 05 August 2026
