Visit from Prof. Bonglee Kim, M.D. (KMD), Ph.D to Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara, welcomed the second visit of Prof. Bonglee Kim, M.D. (KMD), Ph.D., from Kyung Hee University, Seoul. Socialization Visit of PEPA Automation and Coordination of SPMI Cycle 18 Programs in 2025 The Faculty of Pharmacy at Universitas Sumatera Utara received a visit from the Quality Assurance Agency (BPM) USU for a socialization session on the latest regulations regarding program quality monitoring and evaluation. This event aims to ensure accreditation renewal through automation mechanisms and the internal quality assurance system. 13 February 2025

New Students Orientation of the Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program, USU Faculty of Pharmacy for Even Semester of 2024/2025 The PSPPA FF USU program held the PKKMB for the Even Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year for new students of the 39th batch on February 10, 2025. The event included an introduction to the Pharmacist Program, Q&A discussions, and presentations on professional ethics and an overview of PKPA activities. 12 February 2025

Lecturers of the USU Faculty of Pharmacy Attended the Socialization of Intellectual Property Rights, Training on Writing Patent Descriptions, and Submission of Patent Certificates, Simple Patents, and Trademarks Lecturers from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara, participated in the Intellectual Property Rights Socialization and Patent Description Writing Training at LIPIHKI USU on February 6, 2025. Several lecturers also received certificates for patents, simple patents, and trademarks for their innovations. 07 February 2025

Collaboration Coordination and Synchronization Meeting with the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, and Family Planning of North Sumatra Province The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara, collaborates with the North Sumatra Department of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, and Family Planning to support community engagement through the Kelas Perempuan Mandiri Berbudaya (Kelapa Muda) program. This partnership aims to create women-friendly, child-conscious villages and boost local economies. 06 February 2025

Inauguration of Professor as Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) has officially inaugurated six Permanent Professors, including Prof. Khairunnisa, S.Si., M.Pharm., Ph.D., Apt., Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy. New Student Admission Selection Process for Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program USU’s Faculty of Pharmacy opens registration for the Pharmacist Professional Program for the even semester of 2024/2025. 74 applicants passed document verification and are ready for the selection exams. 30 January 2025
